TinyToolbox is designed to be simple and privacy-conscious.

Browser-only tools

The calculators and generators run in your browser. We do not require an account to use them.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly server logs, anonymous tool-use counters, and Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, broken pages, traffic sources, devices, and which tools are useful. Tool counters store the event type, page path, timestamp, limited browser/referrer metadata, and a short daily IP hash for rough unique counts. Google Analytics may process usage data according to Google's policies and visitor browser settings. We do not store tool inputs, uploaded files, generated file contents, account profiles, or the contents of files processed by browser-local tools.

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, we store the name, email, message, timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, and referring page so we can review feedback, reduce spam, and reply when appropriate. Do not send sensitive information through the form.

Third-party links

Future affiliate or sponsor links may send you to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.
